The Human-machine integration for vessel segmentation project, geared towards automatic segmentation of blood vessels on retinal images. This is the first stage of the process for automatic detection of progressive diabetic retinopaty.

What is the CCSL

The CCSL (FLOSS Competence Center) at USP encompasses activities related to undergraduate and graduate education, research, development, and publicizing of Free and Open Source Software at USP and is comprised of formally established centers at the city of São Paulo (IME) and São Carlos (ICMC). Its main goal is to foster the development, research, and adoption of FLOSS (Freely-licensed Open Source Software) both inside and outside the University.

The FLOSS Competence Center is open to the community. To participate in the discussions and get involved, we created two mailing lists:
