Sun microsystems, aiming to foster knowledge about its products and the free softwares integrated to them, promotes regularly an "Ambassador" program with academic institutions. This students receives a fellowship of R$6,82/h for 20h of weekly dedication to learning and promoting strategic technologies for Sun among the department students. Students interested either in the program or in learning about Sun activities and technologies are invited to a presentation, where Sun's efforts within both the academic and the free software communities will be discussed, with the presence of Eduardo Lima, Business Development Manager at Sun. This presentation is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, June 10th at 15:30h, at room #101/102, building B (first floor), and everyone is most welcome.
