The Brazilian Symposium on Programming Languages (SBLP) is a Brazilian symposium SBC directed to the study of programming languages for software development.
This symposium also has established itself in the national scientific calendar as an important scientific-technical event in the software area. Its first edition took place in 1996, going for its 19th edition in 2015.
The SBLP aims to create a forum for researchers, students and professionals to present and discuss principles and innovations in the design, definition, analysis, processing and implementation of programming languages.
